The New York School Of Home Inspection and Construction (NYSHIC)

provides classroom, on-line, and self study programs as well as continuing education and professional development classes for home inspectors and trades people.

NYSHIC is a New York State approved training provider listed with the New York Department of State Licensing Division. Our intensive NY State approved 140 hour home inspection licensing program takes the student through a variety of specific classroom modules with the opportunity for hands-on classroom and field training.

The field training can be further enhanced with our unique Mentoring Program which allows the individual to learn the finer points of home inspection while applying their acquired knowledge.
